Franz Anderson Road Tiny Home Village Operations Management

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is for the City of Olympia to solicit proposals from qualified respondents interested in operating an approximately 50-unit tiny home village on City-owned property in Olympia, WA for the purpose of supporting unhoused residents currently residing on state-owned right-of-way. Respondents to this RFP may be partnerships between organizations, supportive services providers, or other non-profits. Proposals will require the identification of the lead respondent and project manager. The City reserves the right to modify this schedule at its discretion; deadlines for proposers will never shorten.
