Description

Renovate and re-design an existing employee restroom/shower room, design a new sleep dormitory addition, evaluate existing mechanical systems i.e. (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) that service the areas to be renovated, prepare bid documents for bidding, complete a bid review/recommendation, prepare contract documents, provide construction oversight, and construction administration. The restroom/shower room design will be in accordance with minimum standards for a public building as required under ADA.
