Description

The City of Chicopee, Massachusetts herein referred to as the City, acting through the Chicopee School Department seeks proposals for suitable space for primary office for the CPS Administration. Building must be 30,000 to 80,000 square feet of modern usable office space The space must allow for a minimum of 10 private offices 8-14 mini offices 2 conference rooms each accommodating/seating for 25/30 people. Bids must be separated by technical services and price proposals. Any price proposal submitted with the technical proposal will be cause for rejection. Any inquiries regarding the information contained in the R.F.P. should be directed to the City of Chicopee School Maintenance Department 816 James St Chicopee, MA.
