2022 Doc Cramer Sports Complex Sod and Infield Mix for Little League Field No. 5, Softball Field No. 4 and Football Field

22-074300 The project consists of the following: Little League Field No. 5 and Softball Field No. 4 Removal and disposal of existing grass and infield surface, installation of approximately 500 cubic yards of new infield mix to the grades indicated and installation of approximately 86,000 square feet of new sod. Football Field Removal and disposal of existing grass and installation of approximately 56,000 square feet of new sod. Bid must be on the bid form prepared by Owen, Little & Associates, Inc., in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications. Bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with the name of the project and the name and address of the Bidder. BID MUST BE ADDRESSED AND DELIVERED TO: Nicola Reid, Purchasing Agent, Stafford Township, 260 East Bay Avenue, Purchasing Department - 2nd floor Room 276, Manahawkin, NJ 08050. Bids will not be accepted after 2PM prevailing time on September 1, 2022. Bid security is required in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) as set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-21. Certificate from a Surety Company is required indicating consent to be bound as surety and guarantor for performance required under the Contract Documents. Required bidder information can be found in the bid documents. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
