Westview School Corporation Shipshewana-Scott Elementary School Renovations

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: full scale interior renovation of an educational facility. As of February 22, 2023, a construction manager has been assigned for this project. A firm construction timeline has not yet been selected. Westview School Corporation will receive sealed bids from experienced and eligible sub-contractors including but not limited to General Carpentry, Masonry, Asphalt Paving, Interiors, Roofing, Plumbing, and Electrical Westview School Corporation Topeka Elementary School Renovations Shipshewana-Scott Elementary School Renovations Each Bid Proposal shall include all labor, material, and services necessary to complete the project Bidders shall include with their bid a bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid in the form of a bank draft, certified check, money order, or bid bond. Bids shall be properly and completely executed on Revised Form No. 96 (current edition) as required by the Statutes of Indiana. Bids received subsequent to the time and date established for submittal shall be returned unopened. The Board of School Trustees, Westview Schools reserves the right to reject each and every bid and to waive formalities and errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the agency to do so. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 90 days after the date for the opening thereof.
