Description

As of February 19, 2024, construction of this project has been completed, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Contractor shall provide all necessary supplies, material, equipment and labor for the renovation of 3,030 NASF space on the second floor of the Andrew J. Goodpaster Hall located at 19100 Mathias de Sousa Drive, St. Marys City, MD 20686 Renovations within Goodpaster Hall are focused on the Second Floor. There are minor renovations to Office (226), Classroom (230), Office (231), and Seminar Room (233). There are major renovations in the southwest wing to construct Bio Chem Teaching Lab (236), Prep Room (236A), Faculty Research Lab (236B), and Cell Culture Room (236C). To install mechanical, plumbing, and electrical there will be minor renovations required in the Basement, First Floor, and Attic and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
