A solicitation is to be released for the complete renovation of Building 1654 to upgrade/modify flooring, bathrooms, interior walls, ceiling, fluorescent lighting, electrical, communications, HVAC system, fire protection, and doors. The renovations and alterations will be completed in compliance with the A&E produced design specifications and drawings.
