| Description | Improvements to our existing Audio Visual (AV) System located in the commission chambers at the town hall. The Town is requesting that the system have a minimum the following components and functionality: 1. Live and On-Demand online streaming integration 2. Improve In-Room and recorded audio 3. Improve reliability, streamline, and simplify video and audio components 4. Improve quality and functionality of presentations The Town is seeking proposals to install, configure, and warranty a complete and tested functioning A/V solution. This should include the selection, purchase, and installation of necessary equipment by the contractor. The equipment selected should augment existing equipment where feasible and should increase and improve the quality and functionality of the existing system. |
