Description

The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Base bid - Removal and replacement of existing sidewalk/ramps, new sidewalk/ramps, grading, curb extensions (bump-outs), minor drainage modifications, curb replacement in spot locations, spot repairs of pavement, limited striping, resetting of existing signs, tree removals, new trees, AC powered rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFB), and new light luminaires on existing light poles. Bid Alternates - Installation of "hardscape" elements including stamped concrete, asphalt path, bollards, benches, planter, yard hydrant, bicycle racks, picnic tables, trash receptacle, dog waste station, and parking bumpers; relocation of existing "hardscape" elements including benches, trash receptacle, flagpole, boulder, and clock; electrical work for clock relocation, bollard lights, new lights on new and existing poles, light for flagpole, and electrical outlets in the bases of two bollard lights.
