Description

Project includes replacement of an existing rooftop-mounted air-cooled 120-ton chiller unit and related plumbing and electrical work. The chiller will be set on existing steel dunnage abovethe existing roof surface. Additional work includes replacement of the main domestic water supply shutoff valve in the existing basementandrelated piping modifications. The project work is located at the existing Christina School District, Bancroft School located at 700 North Lombard Street, Wilmington, DE 19801.
