| Description | To provide all labor, materials, product, and equipment necessary to clean the building exterior structures, and interior and exterior glass windows located at the Norman Y Mineta San José International Airport on an as needed basis. At this time, Contractor does not need to pull recycled water from landside landscape to clean on Airport property and may use potable water for cleaning. If at some point in the life of this contract the State and/or City of San José require drought measures that include the use of recycled water for window cleaning, the Contractor will be notified, and will be required to use recycled water, and provide signage that indicates they are using recycled water. |
