Description

All of the work to be performed is within the City of Ukiah. On South Dora Street from Beacon Lane to Wabash Avenue: work involves complete full width surface grinding down 2" and placing 2: AC overlay over existing asphalt concrete pavement. On South Dora Street from Wabash Avenue to Washington Avenue: work involves complete reconstruction of roadway including full excavation and placing 6" AC over 12" class II base with soil stabilization fabric. ADA curb ramps will be installed at locations shown and listed in the specifications. On South State Street from Beacon Lane to Cherry Street: work involves edge grinding down 2" and placing 2" AC overlay over existing asphalt concrete pavement. ADA curb ramps will be installed at location shown and listed in the specifications. Bid Bond Percentage: 10% Liquidated Damages: $500.00 Per Calendar Day Project Duration: 50 Work Days
