Plumbing Maintenance and Repair Services

To provide plumbing maintenance, repair, improvement and renovation services for facilities located within the Northern Virginia (NOVA) District which is comprised of the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William. The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide plumbing maintenance, repair, improvement and renovation services for facilities located within the Northern Virginia (NOVA) District which is comprised of the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William. VDOT seeks a Class A DPOR Licensed Contractor specializing in Plumbing Services, registered in the PLB (Plumbing) specialty. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to complete the services described herein on an on-call, as needed, basis. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: One (1) year from date of award with four (4) optional one-year renewal periods Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Lora Hagarty at Lora.Hagarty@VDOT.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 3:00PM on February 12, 2023.
