Description

An experienced driller shall be in constant control of well site, have the authority to make decisions as well as follow instructions from HCPS when given. Upon request, the driller shall provide well drilling status information to HCPS.The Contractor shall, upon receiving a Work Order request (WO) from the Sites and Utilities Department (Department), supply the necessary technicians and supervision to diagnose and repair the well and/or pump problem. Repairs shall be completed within five (5) business days of the initial request or as scheduled by the Department
