Overview: The Town of Summerville is seeking sealed bids for the preparation of a site to temporarily dispose and manage debris generated by a natural disaster such as a flood, hurricane, ice storm, or other disaster that would generate large amounts of debris. The site is located off Stokes Bridge Road near Grover, South Carolina in western Dorchester County. The TMS# is 103-00-00-047 owned by Summerville Commissioner of Public Works.
