John Marshall High School Phase 3 Asbestos Removal

Rochester Public Schools ISD #535 will receive sealed bids for Asbestos Removal according to specifications. Questions shall be referred to: Natalie Eskew, Project Manager IEA, Inc. 210 Woodlake Dr. SE Rochester, MN 55904 Phone: 507-281-6664 A Bidders Bond payable to Rochester Public Schools ISD #535, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total base bid, shall be submitted with each bid in accordance with the specifications. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond. Contracts for work under this bid will obligate the contractor and subcontractors to maintain policies of employment under provisions of applicable Federal and State laws against discrimination, including, but not limited to, Civil Rights Acts of 1964 and Minnesota Statute 363. The School Board of Rochester Public Schools ISD #535, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities or any irregularities in bidding. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the opening without the written consent of the School Board.
