Survey of Church Street and School Street

Surveying of Church Street from Main Street to School Street and School Street from Route 140 to Main Street. Church Street is a Class V Road, approximately 934’ in length. School Street is a Class V Road, approximately 1,632’ The survey will include: 1. All bounds of existing roadway, granite or iron. 2. All Boundaries and Topography clearly labeled. 3. All Water lines, Gate Valves, Water Shutoffs, Hydrants, and Curb boxes – please contact the Alton Water Department at 603-875-4200. 4. All telephone pole locations and numbers. 5. All driveways, logging roads, and other accesses deemed necessary for the project. 6. All location of catch basins to include depth and diameter of culvert within town right of way. 7. Location and widths of all existing sidewalks. 8. All Existing Deeds, Easements, Right-of Ways, Plans, and CAD/GIS data 9. Tree and stonewall locations that may impede road reconstruction within the right of way. 10. Survey must also be available in PDF form.
