Charging Stations Preventive Maintenance

The Clark County Department of Aviation (CCDOA) is seeking a supplier to provide maintenance services for charging stations throughout Harry Reid International Airport. Question Cutoff Date: 3/16/2022 08:00:00 PM (ET) Upon completion of the bid evaluation(s) by CCDOA, all companies with submitted bids will receive a notification of intent to award (NOIA) which will include a summary of the bids received. This notice will be sent a minimum of five (5) days prior to award. After the bid award, if additional detail is required regarding this bid, a public records request may be submitted at electronically. As a courtesy to ensure that we will have transportation for all interested bidders, please email andreay@mccarran.com no later than Friday, March 4, 2022 by 12:00 p.m. to confirm that you intend to participate in the site visit and provide the number of attendees. The pre-bid conference provides the opportunity to ask questions regarding the bid, the bid requirements, and the electronic bidding process. Bidders should review the bid document prior to the Pre-Bid Conference. Copies of the bid document will not be provided. Attendance Is Mandatory at This Pre-bid Conference & Site Visit. Failure to Attend, in Full, Will Result in Rejection of Bid.
