| Description | The Contractor will perform, for the benefit of the Albany Pine Bush Preserve Commission ("Commission") the services described in the Scope of Work (the "Services"). Generally, this is to provide 7 day a week janitorial services for a 25,000 sq. ft building hosting public space, offices, meeting rooms and tenant space. The property is located within the Albany Pine Bush Preserve which represents one of the best remaining examples of an inland pine barrens ecosystem in the world. The Services shall be performed by the chosen Contractor in a professional, courteous, competent and motivated manner. Professional firms including Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) are encouraged to reply. The goal for Minority Business is 15%. The goal for Women owned Business is 15%. Seeking a contractual agreement for the term of 11/1/2023 to 10/31/2026. The Commission reserves the right to terminate for any reason at any time. |
