Description | As of October 4, 2022, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid. The Douglas County Department of Open Space and Natural Resources, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests bids from responsible and qualified vendors/contractors for the provision of the purchase and/or installation/construction of an outdoor horse arena near Surrey Ridge. BIDDERS CAN RESPOND TO THIS IFB TO PROVIDE MATERIALS ONLY, INSTALLATION ONLY, OR BOTH MATERIALS & INSTALLATION. The Surrey Ridge Horse Arena doesnt have a specifically designated address; however, the adjacent lot address is: 9980 Heather Drive, Castle Rock, Colorado 80108. Surrey Ridge Horse Arena Specifications: 130' x 200' Arena Dimension. 12' - 16' in length and 70" + in height ~ Heavy-duty Livestock Panels (Priefert Rough Stock, Powder River SC Classic, or similar. Connector Posts (between each panel) and all hardware to erect the arena. Three (3) ~ 6' x 9' Bow Gates. One (1) ~ 24' (2' x 12') Maintenance Gate (opening in the middle)o Delivery to Surrey Ridge Project Site Location.
