| Description | Refurbish Two Elevators in Building 42 at Montgomery AL VBA: ontractor shall provide all labor, supervision, transportation and materials required for the replacement of the following components for two 4000-pound capacity hydraulic elevator: Hydraulic power/pump unit/shut-off valves/motor and oil Elevator controller and starter New ADA compliant car door operator and rollers Emergency fire fighters service Replace current car top inspection station with new station to include a light with protective metal guard, 120VAC GFCI receptacle and fire service indicator All wiring and connectors shall be upgraded to comply with current codes Install new car operating stations and hallway operating stations to meet current standards. Install new jack stand oil recovery systems Install new guides and rollers for smooth travel Perform post overhaul adjustments and weight testing |
