Description | The project consists of furnishing and installing approximately 4,750 lineal feet of twelve-inch PVC gravity sewer mains, 21 cast-in-place concrete manholes, four creek borings and approximately 475 feet of pipe encasement, one duplex-pump submersible pump station, demolishing the existing wet well, two manholes, and abandoning approximately 4,800 feet of an existing ten-inch force main, furnishing and installing six cast-in-place concrete manholes, 965 feet of eight-inch PVC gravity sewer main, one gravity block retaining wall approximately 85-feet long with a maximum height of eight-feet, one duplex-pump submersible pump station, and approximately 560 lineal feet of two-inch PVC force main, fittings, and all appurtenances for a complete installation. The project also includes furnishing and installing approximately 1,400 feet of epoxy coated ductile iron twelve-inch sewer main, approximately 150 feet of epoxy coated ductile iron eight-inch sewer main, and appurtenances for each diameter to provide a complete installation as shown on the Plans and as Specified. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Owner on its own initiative may issue Addenda to clarify, correct, supplement, or change the Bidding Documents. 7.02 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
