2023 Mill and Overlay- Rebid

A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Bids will be received by the City of Pine City for the furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of the 2023 Mill and Overlay Project. Unit Description 1,900 SY Reclaim Bituminous Pavement 1,600 TON Bituminous Pavement 1,200 LF Concrete Curb & Gutter The Issuing Office for the Bidding All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than 10 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. 7.02 Addenda may be issued to clarify, correct, supplement, or change the Bidding Documents..
