| Description | ICE requires the delivery and set-up of soft-sided detention facilities to house 7,500 adult male and female detainees on a 24 hours per-day, seven days per week, 365 days per-year basis. The provider is expected to deliver, provide and set up soft-sided detention facilities and related infrastructure, and to operate those facilities for the detention, housing, care and security of individuals in custody.
