CONSULTING SERVICES RELATED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF 30% CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR MCMINNVILLE'S THIRD STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. This solicitation and selection will be conducted using the Qualification Based Selection (QBS) process. The selected firm may be requested to complete the final construction documents for bidding, as well as construction management and inspection in the future, pending funding for the future phases of the project.
