| Description | Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms that may lead to the award of a contract for A&E On-Call Environmental Generalist Services. 22% DBE Participation Goal Required. The estimated contract term is three (3) years. Questions concerning this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) must be submitted in writing to the attention of Araya Rabidoux at araya.rabidoux@dot.ca.gov.
