Hundred Acre Wood Trails Parking Lot

Site Directions: The work is located in the City of Coquille, Coos County, Oregon. For more specific locations, see the vicinity map on the Plans. Construct new paved and gravel parking lot with ADA parking, curb, new storm drainage, connection into existing sewer manhole with outside drop, new sewer line, and new sewer manhole with outside drop at the Hundred Acre Wood Trails site on South 1st Street. Work includes the following main items: 1. Install approximately 138 tons of asphalt concrete pavement parking lot with one (1) ADA parking spot, and 6,300 square feet of gravel parking. Install approximately 113 feet of curb. 2. Install one (1) new storm catch basin and 30 feet of 12-inch storm drain with rip rap basin. 3. Install one (1) new sanitary sewer manhole with outside drop, connection into exiting sanitary sewer manhole with new outside drop, and approximately 270 lineal feet of 6-inch sanitary sewer line. 4. Saw cutting, roadway excavation, aggregate base, asphalt concrete pavement, and painted striping. Est. Value Notes: $166,600 to $212,900 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
