Contractor shall provide the demolition of interior finishes for seven (7) existing rooms on the "B" level of CHS as specified in the specifications and drawings. The work includes upgrading the finishes and MEP systems. Three (3) of the rooms (BV 526, BV 336, BV 320) shall be upgraded to BSL-2 requirements. The scope of work does not modify the existing approved occupancy loads, accessible path of travel, exit paths, egress discharges, building access or accessible restrooms.
