Analytical Pesticide Mixed Standards

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS or Department) seeks to establish a term agreement to provide analytical standards of pesticide mixes for analysis of food samples (hereafter referred to as standards). These are consumable products that contain the pesticides used for the routine analysis of the USDA Pesticide Data Program (PDP) and the State of Florida Pesticide Regulatory Program. Pesticide standards are analyzed by liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LCMS) and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GCMS). Procuring quality and accurate standards is vital to these programs and will be utilized in support of the Department’s core mission to safeguard public health and assure a safe food supply.
