| Description | This project will renovate the driveway area in front of Building 148, including repaving, provision of sidewalks and relocation of mini-split condenser units. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment and services as necessary for the removal and provision of approximately 1,000 sf of 4" asphalt, removal of approximately 450 sf of existing asphalt walkways, provision of approximately 200 sf of new concrete walkways, relocation of 3 mini-split system condenser units and incidental related work as indicated in the Statement of Work, drawings, and specifications. |
