Natural Gas Systems, Inspections, Repairs, and Installations

The Purpose of this RFP is for NMSU to obtain a qualified plumbing contractor available to and perform hourly work on the natural gas system. Services would require a NM licensed journeyman/ gas plumber and will also have to be OQ certified thru the Utilities shop at NMSU. Services would require experience in all aspects of work in a gas utility system including rebuilding gas regulator station, performing cathodic protection readings and installing anodes, atmospheric corrosion, gas valve exercising and greasing, replacement of gas meters, and other gas related work.

Division 02 -	Existing Conditions, Subsurface Investigation.
Division 03 -	Concrete, Concrete Reinforcing, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
