Description

Sunrise Boiler Maintenance, Replace Boiler Backflow and Pressure Valve Relief Valves The Project consists of: New, valved flushing tees on HWS and HWR mains for 6 buildings. Flush each building individually, and thoroughly. Water supply from town hydrant. All hoses, valves, and fittings by this contractor. Add make-up water meters, add filter-feeders and GRAS-listed corrosion inhibitor s by a licensed water-treatment sub-contractor. Replace boiler backflows and pressure relief valves, and add boiler pump pressure gages. Work includes miscellaneous piping, hangers, insulation, ID signs, submittals, close-out documents, and warranty. Also includes a 1 year service contract by the water treatment sub-contractor
