WPAFB B620 Tower Reno

The proposed project is to add lab space by constructing two new floors, 8th and 9th floors (approximately 1,500 net square feet), to the existing 13 story research tower with the 9th floor as secure SAP (Special Access Program) lab space. Renovate the 10th floor to provide SAP includes installing new fire suppression in added space, new rest room facilities with all necessary plumbing and fixtures, new power and lighting, new elevator access, new HVAC duct & controls by tying into existing nearby duct/piping dedicated & originally sized for heating/cooling for up to three additional floors (no increase in HVAC tonnage is required), and new balconies on 8th, 9th, 10th,, 11th, and 12th floors (approximately 1,350 net square feet). Remove and replace existing electrical bus, elevator, loading dock leveler, and wall/floor/ceiling finishes, that have reached the end of their useful life and bring up to current standards.
