Play Ground Surface, Equipment and Structures

to design and install two new playground areas (one on the east side of the building and one on the west side of the building) for Wall Elementary School (Grades K-2) located at 702 East Lafayette Street, Sturgis, MI 49091. Each individual playground should not exceed $200,000 (two hundred thousand dollars) or $400,000 (four hundred thousand dollars) in total. The new Wall Playgrounds are required to look similar to the playgrounds that have been recently completed and are located at Congress Elementary (located at 421 East Congress Street, Sturgis, MI) and Wenzel Elementary (located at 403 South Park Street, Sturgis, MI). These proposals should include similar colors to the other playgrounds listed above as well as a ramped structure with a roof. There should be several different climbing elements that offer a wide range of difficulty that present challenges for all children. There should be multiple slides which include a tall slides and double slides. Both playground designs should be unique with different elements, including activity panels, sensory activities and social activities.
