Water Distribution and Maintenance Annual Repair Materials

The City of Columbia is seeking bids from qualified Vendors to supply repair materials for the City of Columbias Water Distribution Division. The City is seeking to procure various brass goods, repair clamps, service saddles, pipe, pipe fittings, hydrants, meter boxes, and meter lids. The initial contract term is (3) months, with the option to renew for (9) additional three-month periods. It will be capped using the most recent report by the Consumer Price Index for all Urban Consumers (CPI-U) on a seasonally adjusted basis as reported by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. All prices will remain in effect throughout the term of any potentially awarded contract. The City of Columbias Procurement and Contracts Department and the Warehouse Inventory Manager must be notified in writing for any price increases.
