Work on these projects includes removing and disposing of abandoned flowlines, concrete, and debris, dispersing weathered hydrocarbons, applying amendments to the denuded areas, constructing ponds, waterways, and diversion terraces, and planting or sodding designated areas If the bid exceeds $50,000.00, a cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed bid of each bidder. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders immediately after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities will be retained until the contract is awarded
