Reference Number 0000329692 Academy District 20 (ASD20) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to refurbish existing three air handlers and remove evaporative cooling from two air handlers and replace with DX cooling coil with new associated condensing unit located on the roof at Pioneer Elementary School and to refurbish HVAC systems at Frontier Elementary School. The contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with this solicitation, specifications, and attachments. The contractor is responsible for providing proper health and sanitation facilities for its employees, in compliance with any rules and regulations of the State Board of Health or any other bodies having jurisdiction.
