| Description | The project is gen-erally described as the improvement and expansion of an existing dumpster site on Pen Road, just south of Route 58. The area of proposed work is approx. 3 acres. The work includes: approx. 0.8 ac. of clear-ing; construction of a stormwater pond; construction of a pre-cast concrete block retaining wall, concrete pads, and bollards; construction of an attendant building with utilities, including a well and drain field/septic tank system; installation of new chain link fence and gates; and grading and gravel installation throughout the site. |
