Otto Discharge Amd Restoration Phase 2 (30864.02)

The project involves: Improving the existing site access roadway, removing and reinstalling site perimeter fencing, installing a new access roadway along the influent channel, regrading and installing curb aerators on the influent channel, dewatering and removal of sediment from the existing treatment system, removal and disposal of existing treatment structures, excavation and regrading of the treatment cells and wetland cell, furnishing and installation of piping and appurtenances, limestone riprap spillways and curb aerators, providing and maintaining erosion and sedimentation control facilities including restoration of the site, and mobilization/demobilization including temporary facilities, bonds and insurances.
