Exterior infill work, mechanical, plumbing, electrical Contract Scope: Construction, demolition, renovation, and facility operations during occupancy. Remove portions of existing building per demolition plan in the construction documents. Fill excavations, open pits, and holes in ground areas generated as result of removals, using specified fill; compact fill as specified in Section 31 22 00. Submit with the Bid 1.
