Description Includes, but is not limited to, the following exterior and interior rehabilitation of Sunset Park: Removal and replacement of existing windows including basement windows, replacement of siding systems, roof replacement fifteen (15) buildings, pitched roofs only; removal of masonry chimneys below the roof lines; new gutters and downspouts - sloped roofs only; new entry and storm doors front and rear including new locksets with removable cores; repair / replace rear concrete steps and stoops; repair / replace wood decks and stairs at rear of buildings; blow-in insulation at exterior walls, replace and/or paint bulkheads; replace electrical meter sockets and drops; remove and replace any rotted wood found during construction; upgrade exterior lighting fixtures; kitchen renovations; bathroom renovations; replace interior doors; new hardwood floors; interior painting; upgrade connecting smoke / CO2 detectors; landscaping and tree removal; new driveways; new concrete sidewalks; minor regrading; re-pave existing satellite parking lots; re-design existing subsurface drainage system to connect roof RWL's to existing system in the street; provide new CATV in living rooms and bedrooms wired back to service entrance.
