Description

Provide Cyclic Maintenance to Preserve the Historic Province Lands Visitor Center - Exterior work includes: prepping and painting exterior wood trim, wood fascia, wood plywood & batten siding, assume 5% replacement of battens required, metal edge roof flashing, concrete block foundation and retaining wall, previously painted exterior doors and door frames, stabilizing, repairing and repointing loose concrete masonry unit (CMU) block on the retaining wall to basement, replacing downspouts with heavy gauge aluminum to match existing, replacing the air grille over the basement door, repairing and stabilizing the access ramp at the auditorium exit. repairing, reattaching and caulking all metal panels at the upper level observation deck. - Interior work includes: patching, prepping and painting audio/visual room walls, prepping and painting lobby walls, making repairs, prepping and painting to match existing lobby ceiling, prepping and painting the auditorium walls and ceiling, prepping and painting the walls and ceiling of the offices, prepping and painting the upper level lobby observation deck floor.
