| Description | Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, ladders, scaffolding, protections, trucking, transportation, fees, licenses, taxes and all other related items, services and facilities necessary for completion of the Work in accordance with the drawings, specifications, supplement and/or addenda. The contract Price for this project shall reflect all permits, licenses, fees, insurance, bond fees, exterior sitework, temporary facilities and utilities, and construction to accommodate the equipment of other trades. All excavations shall be unclassified. All certificates of occupancy shall be obtained no later than May 20, 2019. Demolish and remove construction remaining on a vacant infill lot to be donated by the City of New Smyrna Beach, Florida to the New Smyrna Beach Housing Development Corporation. Remove existing trees and other vegetation and stockpile any top soil for reuse. Excavate and provide compaction for new foundations and footings and concrete floor slabs. Construct (1) 2 Bedroom Semi-detached 1 story Duplex Dwelling Structure. All construction to be wind/storm resistant wood frame construction. All construction to be Section 504/ADA compliant. Provide concrete parking areas and extend water, sanitary sewer and electrical utilities to each Dwelling Unit. All appliances to be minimum Energy Star. All plumbing to be Water Saver/Water Sense compliant. Central Electric Heat Pump HVAC systems to be minimum 15 SEER. Provide additional work as indicated on the Drawings, as referenced in the Specifications and as required by all Authorities Having Jurisdiction. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
