| Description | A contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, equipment and labor to provide for the complete and proper application of the specified coating system (s) Work includes inspection, protection, preparation, application, and clean—up necessary for exterior painting and waterproofing of the Big Cypress National Preserve Headquarters, Resource Laboratory and Emergency Generator Housing. Work shall consist of the following: - Completely pressure clean all exterior surfaces. - Mildew treat all surfaces prior to pressure cleaning. - Seal all exterior stucco surfaces to be painted. - Caulk all windows, doorframes and 90—degree angles Headquarters. - Patch all cracks as specified within Headquarters. These cracks are in the walls and floor on site. |
