| Description | Water Meter Replacement Project consisting of procurement and installation of water meters, and all related work. A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of his bid. The allotted time for construction is 180 calendar days. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids.
