Contract 2 - Furnish All Equipment, Materials and Labor for Superpave thin overlay paving on various township roads

As of July, 2022, construction has been completed. Contract #2: Furnish All Equipment, Materials and Labor for Superpave overlay paving on various township roads. This contract is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442, Serial No. 21-08308. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by Fairview Township. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% (ten per cent) of the total bid, made payable to Fairview Township. Payment and performance bonds in the amount of 100% (one hundred per cent) of the contract price shall be furnished by the successful bidders within 20 days after Notice of Intent of Award. Fairview Township reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals. Fairview Township shall award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, or shall reject any and all bids, within thirty (30) days following the bid opening. Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Closed for Lunch from Noon - 1:00 p.m.) or on the Township's website

Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
