• Remove damaged concrete from Drive Thru column prepare column with bonding agent and install new structural load bearing concrete. • Revise Landscape per plan provided by Nature’s Way (Landscape work to be performed by landscape vendor) • Remove and replace delaminating limestone veneer at locations designated by ONB Manager. Building to be power washed. Remove existing wood fascia and replace with ACM panels or similar material, (Color to match ONB Standards). Install new Drive Thru canopy lights, building wall pack lights and soffit lights per ONB Standards. Remove and replace existing canopy access panel with the new EIFS access panel installation.
