Parapet Rehabilitation for Bridge Nos. 0322903 and 0322904 on I-70 Eastbound and I-70 Westbound over Patapsco River and CSXT. The westbound bridge has six spans totaling 781’-0”. The eastbound bridge has six spans totaling 823’-0”. The project includes removal and replacement of the existing concrete parapets and portions of the deck, cleaning bridge drainage elements, salvaging the existing bridge railing; replacement of the elastomeric concrete header, compression seals, road joints, scuppers, and guard rail at each approach; modification of finger joints, placement of temporary pavement for maintenance of traffic, partial depth patching, approach roadway resurfacing and proving automated speed enforcement. All lanes of traffic in both directions will be maintained during construction.
