Description

Highly reliable, enterprise-level cloud based Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solution capable of handling the Town's incoming and outgoing phone calls, voicemail, and unified communications. The Town seeks a telecommunications vendor to supply, provision, fully install, and test a unified Voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP), multi-site telephone system across the Town’s eight municipal facilities. The selected vendor will replace the Town’s current outdated, multi-vendor phone system, integrating the new system with an internet telephone service provider, and include appropriate administrative and end-user training.
