Berth 17 Rehabilitation Project

Advanced American Construction of Portland, OR has been officially awarded in the amount of $9,555,705. The Berth 17 Rehabilitation Project will renovate and improve the existing Berth 17 facility located on Terminal 5 at the Port of Vancouver, USA. Work includes but is not limited to the removal of existing in-water dolphins and catwalks; in-water replacement dolphins; new catwalks; upland mooring anchors; upland and on-berth wet utilities; electrical power; upland civil site improvements; misc. new dock appurtenances; repair of damaged pile under approach trestle and the removal of the Colby crane and associated gallery. Several additive/alternates are included to further enhance the scope of the project. Work shall be completed in accordance with multiple in-water and upland environmental and local permits. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The engineer's estimate for the project is $12,661,600 - $13,994,400
